This is the bandwidth that the bridge will allow to transit

Changes
Defined as creation, update or deletion of a single mono-directional rule, ie. ‘incoming port -> target IP, target port’

Connections /s
This is the maximum number of new connections per second

Total Connections
This is the total number of connections supported
Is there a set up fee?

A set-up fee is dependent on requirements and infrastructure, you will be notified of the amount through the procurement process.
Do I require other Memset services to use the PSN Gateway?

Yes, Memset’s Internet to PSN Gateway can only communicate directly with private internal IPs. Please browse our Government Community Cloud infrastructure options here.
Do I need to provide evidence I can use the PSN Gateway?

The IT Security Health Check (ITSHC) must be done by the customer’s own SIRO. (https://www.cesg.gov.uk/scheme/tailored-evaluation)
How do I get technical support?

A secure online portal will enable you to raise a support ticket for our technical support team. Standard support response times is 2 hours.
What is the normal set up time?

Standard provisioning time is 7 days
