If users visiting your website are being served with the below image, you may have issues with the webserver hosting your website, or other network issues:
The following issues may be causing this notification:
- Your webserver is offline.
- Your local or network firewall is blocking traffic to/from the Website Firewall Platform IPs. (This can be found in the Website Firewall Platform overview.)
- Your application is running particularly slowly (Requests that take more than 3 minutes are blocked by the Website Firewall Platform.)
- Your HTTP header is unusually large. (Over 8KB.)
