Memshell VNC is accessed through a modern web browser at https://shell.memset.com. That page uses SSL to encrypt the traffic between your computer and our servers.
Please note, MemShell VNC can only be used to access Windows servers. If your server runs linux or cPanel, please use Memshell SSH.
To log on to your Windows server using MemShell VNC, simply enter the username (i.e. the server name) and the MemShell password to log on.

Once logged on, you will most likely need to send the Ctrl+Alt+Del key sequence. This can be done by access the menu by hovering the mouse near the top of the browser window and clicking the 'Ctrl-Alt-Delete' button. You will then be able to log on to Windows.
