Memset unveils sharepoint support

Memset, an award-winning IT hosting company have today announced a partnership with CoreStream, a provider of innovative workflow solutions via Microsoft SharePoint and other technologies in a move to make it easier for customers to manage SharePoint services.

Memset have ramped up their support for Microsoft’s SharePoint platform by working with CoreStream who can offer purpose-built add-ons as well as setting up pre-configured, production-grade SharePoint farms, which can be tested in the cloud prior to moving into production.  This partnership combines the wealth of experience Memset have in providing hosting and infrastructure with the high-quality development and configuration services provided by CoreStream, to ensure customers receive best of breed SharePoint solutions.

Memset’s end-to-end model for SharePoint includes full support of enterprise-class infrastructure that allows customers to focus on using SharePoint instead of maintaining the underlying environment, as well as application level and administrative support.

CoreStream will be responsible for delivering professional services around customisation, administration and training to help businesses design tailored solutions to meet specific needs and increase user adoption.

A study of 153 enterprise SharePoint users by Forrester Research in August 2012 found that workflow and administration were the most popular third-party add-ons, signalling that Memset’s move to collaborate with Corestream shows a serious commitment to offering a SharePoint one-stop shop for its customers.
