Memset ready self-service cloud management system

Memset have today announced a series of changes to their performance patrol services in a move to enable companies to self-manage an array of cloud instances.

Whilst many IT managers appreciate the value of procuring a fully managed cloud infrastructure service, there is a definite trend to move towards a self-managed offering, which can often provide greater data control, ease of use and deeper control of cloud performance.

As a result, Memset have overhauled their performance patrol package to include self-managed firewalling, port monitoring, vulnerability scanning and clustering to help satisfy the preference for greater independent functionality and data security needs without sacrificing scale, flexibility and compute capability.
